2025 Witzco NGB-40 • 40 Ton Non-Ground Bearing, Removable Gooseneck

Automated gooseneck detachment and ride height adjustment make the NGB front-loading trailer the perfect choice for efficiency on the job, ease of operation and increased safety. The NGB Series features a visible 4-position ride height adjustment which allows quick adjustments to the trailer’s ride height in 2” increments, for everyday versatility demanded in the field… such as uneven terrain, high crowns and off-road operations.

The NGB Series utilizes an air-operated gooseneck safety lock feature. The locking pin actuator enhances operator safety, while assuring a reliable, secure trailer connection. A single-pivot articulator is adjusted by twin 6″ hydraulic cylinders, powered by a self-contained hydraulic system or an optional wetline. All trailer functions are controlled from the single operator station at the side of the gooseneck, allowing safe and easy access to all attach/detach and ride height control functions.

NGB 40 Standard Features – 80,000# load capacity, 2 axles with 43’-11″ overall length. Non ground bearing removable gooseneck with self-contained hydraulic system. 22’ load deck, tapered front beam, 2” lumber decking & (24) 12” outriggers (12 each side). 3 “D” rings per side of deck & 1 on each front stump at tire area, for a total of 8 “D” rings. Hutchen’s type H9700 suspension. 25,000# capacity axles with 16.5” x 7” air brakes, unimount wheels with 255/70 R22.5 Radial tires. Modular wire harness, 12v, DOT approved, rubber-mounted lighting.
