The oil and gas industry has always required heavy hauling equipment. Everything used in the industry is heavy. The ability to move heavy sections of equipment from one location to another has always been the method. This trailer is designed to do just that. With a 60-Ton Rating and the ability to winch up over the 8-5/8″ tailroller, equipment can be loaded quickly and transported safely to the next location. The heavy duty 8-5/8″ tailroller is designed with services in mind. The bearings are replaceable and greaseable. If you’re loading skids, rig sections, or crew quarters, this trailer does it all. Features may include:

Mainframe

• 24″ Fabricated main beams with 1-1/2” camber, 3/4″ x 6″ top and bottom flange, 1/4” web welded on both sides, 1/2” x 6” flange strap in the neck. All flange and web material is high strength steel.

Crossmembers

• 8″ x 6.5# I beam on 18″ centers.

Kingpin

• 2″ SAE kingpin, 3/8″ kingpin plate, 15” kingpin setting (standard).

Siderails

• 12″ Fabricated I beam, 1/2” x 4” top and bottom flange, 1/4” web welded on both sides.

Suspension

• Hendrickson® HT250US air ride with front axle lift and manual dump valve.

Axles

• (4) 25,000 Lb., 5” round, 5/8” wall, 77-1/2” track.

Brakes

• 16-1/2” x 7”, Type 30/30 brake chambers, outboard drums, Meritor WABCO®(4S/2M) ABS on two axles.

Wheels

• 8.25 x 22.5, Steel 10 hole disc, hub piloted (color: white).

Tires

• 255/70R x 22.5 Radials.

Landing gear

• 2 Speed gear with 62,500 lb. lift capacity; 200,000 lb. static capacity (standard).

Finish

• Shotblasted and painted with a high solid polyurethane paint. Colors: black or red (standard).

Floor

• 2” Nominal oak (standard).

Lights

• 7-Way main receptacle, sealed wiring harness, rubber mounted LED lights. 5 Lights per side including mid-turn.

Metal covering

• Metal covering is standard over the axles and in the neck.

Pin pockets

• (6) Total (3) each side including tail roller.

Pipe pockets

• (4) Total (2) each side.

Neck roller

• 6-5/8″ Neck roller.

Tail roller

• 8-5/8″ Tail roller with (2) sets of overload rollers.

Rear bumper

• Heavy duty push bumper with drag loops and high visibility reflective conspicuity tape.

Front sill

• Formed front half pipe with pick up eye.
