Our 15,000 GVWR diamond floor tilt car trailers are manufactured with a 6″ channel frame and tongue, and 6×2 heavy wall tubing on the full length tilting bed, with 3″ channel cross members on 16″ centers. The entire bed tilts for loading and is built with all tubing steel perimeter frame construction. 24″ toe plates and the gradual loading angle, made possible by a total bed length (including toe plates) of 24′, make it possible to load vehicles or equipment with low clearance that will not load on standard ramp and dovetail trailers. A hydraulic damper cushions the lowering of the bed during loading. There is a convenient one-handle latch system to secure the bed in the towing position once loading is complete. This diamond floor tilting bed car trailer also includes a 12k drop foot jack, diamond plate fenders, four-wheel brakes, radial tires, stake pockets with rub rail, and a sealed modular wiring harness with lifetime LED lights.
